Indian call centers are leading providers of BPO services , and India has been  always be the preferred outsourcing  location because Indian call centers provides a wide variety of services which many other countries do not offers. India is not only providing good customer's services but also providing cost effective services.

In India call centers are  providing much enhanced services because of more technical savvy, large population speaking English after USA, secondly because of time zone advantages, with the different variety of services like inbound call services and telemarketing services etc., latest technology and  more varies services.

Time zone in India is one of major reason for outsourcing from India. Openings of call centers in India had became one of the major source of employment .It has also effect the economy of India. It has also given a big rise to the number of people using internet in India.
